Join us for a guided breathwork session exploring the physiology of breath and the crucial role breathing plays in emotional regulation and resilience. We will learn and experience strategies for “in the moment” nervous system shifts as well as long-term tools for increasing stress capacity. This session will be set to music and draw from multiple breathwork methods. Whether you are experienced in breathwork or a complete beginner, this session embraces all levels. Please note that this experience will take place lying on a yoga mat.

Hidden in Plain Sight provides an opportunity to explore a mock bedroom to explain various trends of teen substance use showing hidden and not-so-hidden signs of risky behavior and mental illness. After the room tour, parents will be educated on the items found in the room and pertinent problems in the local community. They will be given resources to facilitate talking with their children about these issues and contacts for help if needed.
